Four independent readings, then one usable verdict

Obliqo analyzes a draft by sending it through four separate AI readings, each built to apply a different kind of pressure. Those readings stay distinct long enough to surface real disagreement, not just a polite average.

The result is not a rewrite. It is a structured revision brief: what is solid, what is exposed, what needs checking, what should be cut, and what the writer still has to decide.

Isolation first, synthesis second

Each voice reads the same draft independently. It is not shown the other voices’ conclusions before producing its own. That separation is deliberate.

When reviewers share context too early, they tend to converge. Convergence sounds tidy, but it often collapses useful tension. Obliqo keeps the readings separate first, then synthesizes them later, once each one has had the chance to push from its own angle.

This is the core of the method: not artificial consensus, but structured friction that becomes actionable.

Each one is looking for something different

The four readings are complementary, not redundant. Together, they create a more demanding and more useful picture of the draft than a single model response normally can.

Critical Researcher

Checks factual grounding, overclaims, missing evidence, and exposed assertions. When appropriate, it looks outward to sources, references, and counterpoints the draft may not have addressed.

Resonance Amplifier

Identifies what is already working and should survive revision. It protects the line, frame, example, or argument that carries the piece and gives it force.

Hidden Assumption

Questions the premise, not just the prose. It surfaces the unstated assumptions the draft depends on and the angle a skeptical reader might use against the piece.

Complicit Editor

Cuts attachment, weak framing, and unnecessary drag. It asks what should go, what should tighten, and what prevents the argument from landing cleanly.

After the four readings are complete, a synthesis layer turns their tensions into a practical revision verdict. The point is not to erase disagreement. The point is to make it usable.

From draft to verdict

01

Submit your draft

Paste text directly into the editor or provide a URL. Obliqo prepares the input and sends it into the analysis flow.

02

Run four independent readings

Each voice processes the same draft from its own perspective, without leaning on the others first.

03

Synthesize the tensions

A final layer identifies the central tension in the piece and turns the separate readings into a coherent revision brief.

04

Review what matters

You receive the four outputs, the synthesis, a revision score, and one open question that still belongs to the writer alone.

The same method, different levels of pressure

Depth 1–3

Free plan

Designed for fast, serious review on the core critical dimensions. Good for early drafts, positioning checks, and pieces that need a strong first pass before publication.

Depth 4–5

Pro plan

Adds more demanding analysis and the annotated document view, where comments are anchored to specific passages in the draft instead of living only as separate summaries.

Review depth is not a cosmetic setting. It changes how hard the draft is pushed and how specifically the result is returned.

Clear output, not generic encouragement

  • Four independent voice outputs
  • A synthesis brief that names the main tension in the draft
  • A Revision Score to indicate urgency and severity
  • A concrete next move for revision
  • One open question that only the writer can resolve

The Revision Score is not a vanity score and not a judgment on your talent. It is a practical signal about what kind of revision burden the draft is carrying right now.

Two ways in

Paste mode

Best when you want the most reliable control over what is being analyzed. Ideal for drafts, notes, essays, landing pages, memos, and copy that is still being edited.

URL mode

Useful when the text already lives on a page. Obliqo fetches the content and runs the same review logic on the extracted material.

Both modes consume one run. Input limits and deeper analysis options vary by plan.

It does not try to help by agreeing with you

Most writing tools optimize for speed, fluency, or polish. Obliqo is designed for something else: private resistance before public exposure.

It is meant to create a more demanding encounter with the draft while the author still has time to think, revise, verify, and cut.
